Description

Build your coffee brand without managing every roast, packing session, and shipment. Black Ink Coffee can roast, package, hold agreed inventory, and ship individual orders from our New Hampshire facility—giving you more time to grow your store and customer relationships.

Our standard fulfillment program pairs our coffee with your customer-supplied, pre-labeled, ready-to-fill bags. Before launch, we’ll confirm your packaging, store setup, production schedule, shipping workflow, and inventory needs.

Volume-based pricing for standard 12 oz bags:

  • Tier 1 - 25-bag monthly minimum: First 100 bags at $11.50 each, bags 101–499 at $10.75 each, and bags 500 onward at $9.99 each.
  • Tier 2 - 100-bag monthly minimum: Optional enrollment with bags 1–499 at $10.75 each and bags 500 onward at $9.99 each.
  • Tier 3 - 500-bag monthly minimum: Optional enrollment at $9.99 per bag for your committed quantity and additional standard bags.

Program onboarding is $150, with a one-year commitment. Monthly minimum charges are billed at the beginning of each month, with additional volume billed on the agreed cycle.

If you sell fewer bags than your monthly minimum, the full minimum still applies. Unused quantities expire at month end without rollover, store credit, or refund. Minimum charges do not create a balance of produced or reserved coffee bags.

Shipping and customization

Outbound postage is additional at actual cost through the agreed shipping workflow, using your funded Pirate Ship account. Custom boxes, inserts, label application, and special handling are quoted separately unless expressly included. A $0.25-per-bag custom-box discount may apply when the agreed handling process qualifies.

One standard pallet position is included for qualifying accounts. Additional storage is currently $99 per pallet position per month, subject to an agreed storage plan.

Own your green coffee? Ask about toll roasting with fulfillment. This production model receives a separate quote and is not covered by the standard coffee tiers above.
