Roasting rate is based on incoming green pounds in a single run. 500+ lb uses an approximate rate that needs confirmation.

Ship to customers: Individual-order fulfillment starts at $2 per finished 12 oz package or $5 per finished 5 lb package, plus actual postage. This is added to toll roasting and any packaging cost. Ship finished cases to you or a 3PL: no individual-order fee; outbound freight and packaging are quoted separately.

The monthly minimum is charged at the start of each month. Unsold minimum bags are not produced or reserved; they expire without refund, credit, or carryover. One-year commitment and $150 onboarding.

Have your own green coffee? Use the toll roasting estimate with “Individual customer orders.” The standard dropship monthly bag prices above include Black Ink coffee and do not apply to your own green. Toll-plus-fulfillment needs a separate quote.

01 / WHOLESALE

We handle the coffee.

Buy bulk coffee or finished retail bags. Your private label can go to your business, 3PL, or Amazon.

02 / TOLL

You control the green.

We roast your approved lot by production run. Sourcing, packaging, storage, and delivery are scoped around it.

20 lb incoming green per runGreen coffee, inbound freight, bag materials, and outbound freight are separate. One pallet may be included for qualifying recurring accounts.

03 / DROPSHIP

We ship each order.

Use our coffee in your pre-labeled 12 oz bags. Your store owns customer relationships and postage.

25, 100, or 500 bags / monthMonthly minimums are payable even when sales fall short. One pallet included; $99 per extra pallet/month.
