Use an existing Black Ink coffee for a faster start, or develop a more specific product as your volume and goals become clear. We can package coffee in customer-supplied, ready-to-fill bags and ship finished orders to your business, a 3PL, or another agreed destination.

We can discuss direct-to-customer fulfillment if you want us to ship individual orders on your behalf. That service has separate pricing and operating requirements.

Pricing for our coffee in your ready-to-fill bags

  • 1–499 12 oz bags: $11.49 each.
  • 500–999 12 oz bags: $10.99 each.
  • 1,000–1,999 12 oz bags: $9.99 each.
  • 2,000+ 12 oz bags: $9.49 each.
  • 16 oz bags: Add $3 each to the corresponding 12 oz tier.
  • Shipping to you, your 3PL, or Amazon: Quoted separately unless explicitly included.

These tiers apply to an order or committed production run. Example: 500 bags × $10.99 = $5,495, before your bag cost, outbound shipping, and optional custom work.

The minimum for a retail bag order is 15 bags. For the exact roast, blend, or custom sourcing you need, tell us the projected monthly demand; custom coffees and contracted supply receive a separate quote. Discounted wholesale samples are available if you want to taste a coffee before choosing it.

We can review label application, custom packaging, inserts, grinding, and other handling requirements before quoting them. Tell us about cans and closures before we quote them. Nitrogen flushing is not currently a standard service, but we can evaluate it for a suitable contracted volume.

Standard packaging includes filling, weighing, and heat sealing customer-supplied finished bags. Send bags with labels and stickers already applied where possible. Label application, inserts, canning, kitting, and other manual work receive a separate quote. We will confirm the valve, seal, and labeling specifications before production.
