Thank you for visiting and shopping at blackinkcoffee.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method – USPS: 3-5 business days | UPS: 3-5 business days
* These delivery timeframes are estimates and are subject to change. In the event of lost or damaged items, weather, and/or general delays, Black Ink Coffee is not responsible.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Blackinkcoffee.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Blackinkcoffee.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Blackinkcoffee.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Orders for in stock merchandise placed before 2PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2PM Eastern Standard Time, or on weekends, may not ship until the following business day. Please note that this applies to expedited shipping as well as standard ground shipments.
Orders for products that ship directly from the manufacturer are subject to the policies of that manufacturer and may be subject to delays.
Black Ink is happy to ship internationally and will accommodate our customers across North America. Please note that some items ship directly from the vendors and it is up to their discretion whether to ship internationally in select cases.
Orders can take up to 10 business days to process and be shipped. You will be emailed tracking information from the brand with tracking for your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Orders to international P.O. Boxes will be shipped with USPS and then delivered by your local post office or other carrier. Tracking information is not available. Delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks.
